Having spent a long time in the Inflatable Hire Industry we have probably seen it all over the years...well mostly...so this page has been put together with some of the most common frequently asked questions on which we are asked almost daily. We hope that this page is of some help to you however remember if you are ever in doubt...give us a shout!!

  • Our Post Code is not listed?

If your postcode is not listed in our 'Delivery' page tab nor can you see it as an option on the drop down menu when ordering your Inflatable then please contact us and we can check to see if we can cover your area. This may be difficult during peak season however we often deliver our Inflatables & Bouncy Castle bookings (not in our normal catchment) with a multiple day booking policy.

  • How can I book an Inflatable and/or Bouncy Castle to hire?

We love to hear from our customers so whichever way you wish to book your product is entirely up to you whether your prefer to call us and speak to our helpful agents or use our online booking system (through the website). There are other options available such as sending us an email or touching base through social media - all which can be found on our 'contact us' page.

  • How much does it cost?

Using the navigation buttons located to the left of your screen or the top drop down menu you can navigate to view the Bouncy Castles & Inflatables we have to offer. If you simply click on the products details each item has its bvery own description which details the price to the bottom of the page. It will give you an option of a Multiple day hire along with a weekday price which excludes Friday's & weekends. We do charge a delivery radius for certain postcodes which can be seen through the 'delivery' page & during checkout this will be clearly visible during your booking process.

  • What does the price include?

You will receive everything you need to use/operate the Bouncy castle or Inflatable you have booked. We will deliver & install the product which is not to be moved or relocated for safety reasons and we will leave everything with you to operate the equipment safely & securely. Games inflatables may include additional items such as Basket balls, Bungee belts etc however a standard Bouncy Castle will include the likes of the Inflation fan, Pegs, Safety Mats & extension lead as a standard. NO HIDDEN FEES WITH PREMIER BOUNCE

  • How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

We here at Premier Bounce always endeavour to work alongside our customers, we appreciate that things come up last minute so we will always accommodate whereby possible. We would advise to contact us should you have an urgent or last minute hire on which you would like to book in with us. On a day to day & through our website & phone services you can book in 12hours prior however we would advise you book your item(s) as soon as possible to avoid disappointment during a busy period. We offer late night collections, multiple day hires which can all be arranged during your time of booking.

  • How long do I get the Equipment for when I have booked?

Simply put...as long as you need it? We are as flexible as possible so speak to us - we will see what we can do for you!

If you require Multiple day bookings or would like the items dropped off at a certain time then please state this during your booking either via telephone or our online booking system. Drop off delivery/Installation times can vary (if not specified & depending on route planning) however normally start from 06:30-10:30 approx. Collection times start from 18:30 - 22:30hrs depending on the items (such as Rodeo's etc). However our drivers are approachable & they will try to accommodate as best as possible.

If you have an indoor hall hire please make us aware of any stipulation of time requirements you need to be out of the venue etc. It is also advisable that you make us aware of the time your party commences so we can install your items with plenty of time to spare!

Overnight hires can be arranged to suit your needs, if we can accommodate we of course will :)

  • Is your equipment available to hire 7 days a week?

Yes! We hire our Inflatables & Bouncy Castles across the Shropshire region 7 days a week! Even on Bank Holidays (Not Christmas Day though) so rest assured you are in capable, safe hands.

  • Do I Pay a deposit?

No! We here at Premier Bounce are an honest reliable hire company who value our customers & don't like to disappoint therefore we ask of no deposit to be made to secure your booking! Your item will be scheduled for your specific date & time & payment is made to the driver on the day of your booking.

  • How do I pay for my booking?

There are various ways you can pay for your booking, please note that payment is required upon the set up of your installed equipment/goods or the day prior to your booking. Under no circumstances will payment be accepted after the event. Payment to the driver via cash is preferred but not essential, you can pay upon placing your booking using our online booking system & card terminal, cheque prior to the date (please allow time for clearing) and/or card terminal via our card terminals located with our drivers. Please advise if your preferred payment option is via card terminal to advise us prior to your booking.

  • What if the weather turns for the worst? Rainy or Windy?

We don't like to disappoint at Premier Bounce, who are we to cancel someones party? We will deliver your inflatable as scheduled & as agreed & hopefully the rain spell will pass however we would strongly advise that the equipment is turned off & vacated if outside & the rain/weather deteriorates! Inflatables are not to be used in torrential weather as this is strict H&S policy and can be found within our documentation to ensure everyones safety. Slippery surfaces, trips or hazards can occur if not used correctly & must always abide by our safety instructions. The Inflation fan is an electrical item which should not be used in the rain. Most of our Bouncy castles are fitted with rain covers however this does not 100% protect against downfall. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR BOUNCY CASTLE WHETHER YOU REQUIRE ONE WITH A RAIN COVER.

Soft Play items are not to be used outside in rain or wet conditions, this is due to the items being made from foam & can damage the equipment.

Windy conditions will be monitored prior to your hire within your area, this includes wind gusts, should we see that the wind speed/gusts are exceeding the H&S regulations unfortunately we may have to cancel your booking on the grounds of heath & safety. It would be irresponsible for us to commit to a Bouncy Castle/Slide booking on this basis nor should any other company do so either. Inflatables should NOT BE USED in Wind speeds/gusts above 24mph and this should be observed throughout the booking using the appropriate equipment to avoid possible injury. We will always endeavour to fulifll our booking promise to you however sometimes the weather (in this circumstance) is out of our control unfortunately.

  • Can the Inflatable be positioned on a slope or a bank?

A Bouncy Castle is advised not to be set up & installed upon a slope or uneven ground however this will depend on the surface itself and the severity of the area in question. Please speak to one of our agents to advise you further which you may be asked to send through images of the area in question.

  • Can an Inflatable Bouncy Castle be Hired in a tight space eg; pushed right up against the fence? Obstructions;

All of our Inflatables & Bouncy Castles which are available to rent clearly show their size within the description 'Size' tab, this is because it is unsafe for us to Hire out a Commercial Bouncy Castle without at least 1.2m clearance on all sides. This protects the participants as well as the Inflatable structure itself from suddenly loosing unnecessary air pressure. Please ensure any garden obstructions are cleared prior to the delivery such as dog mess, overhead hanging trees, benches, children slides etc this will enable our staff to 'get on to the next customer' and to ensure we do not disappoint.

  • Do you have insurance?

Yes we are fully insured! Our documentation can be provided upon request.

  • How long does it take to set up & pack away a Bouncy Castle?

Depending on the size of the Hired Bouncy Castle it takes approximately 20/30mins to safely set up an Inflatable depending on what is required. Hard standing ground takes longer to bolt to hard flooring. It roughly takes the same time to pack away. Please note that all deliveries & collections are an estimated timeframe & we strongly suggest a window of 2hrs to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will not be liable for any external influences such as traffic which is out of our control & may delay installation. We endeavour to always be on time for any booking we conduct.

  • Can you deliver a Bouncy Castle if we do NOT have a rear/side entrance & take through the house?

Unfortunately if you have a property with a rear garden without access we will be unable to commit to this booking. Inflatables are extremely heavy & require sturdy sack trucks to manoeuvre the Bouncy castles safely for our staff. They will be unable to man handle the inflatable through the house to gain access to the garden however if you have a front garden or driveway (providing bolting down it is acceptable) we can assist you further.

  • Is it possible to Hire a Bouncy Castle on hard ground outside such as a Driveway?

Yes! If the driveway is yours and you are happy for the inflatable to be positioned on to hard ground & be bolted to the driveway this is fine with us. When an inflatable is positioned outside it must be securely fastened to the ground as wind has to be accounted for. Regulations stipulate at least 165kgs per anchor point of weight must be applied however as you can appreciate this is ALOT of weight to carry in one vehicle this is why we fasten securely/bolt to the hard standing surface. If you are happy with this measure we can assist with your Bouncy Hire Booking. Bolting to hard surfaces is an additional £35.

  • Do you supply Safety Instructions?

We supply detailed safety instructions with every hire, these are located on the front of every inflatable which will show operation details & procedures to be made aware of as well as to the rear of your delivery note. You must ensure you follow the H&S guidelines at all times & copies can be found upon the website under the safety section for your reference.

  • Are your Inflatables Safety Tested?

Yes! This is imperative that this is done with a yearly inspection of every Bouncy Castle on hire from ourselves! We are a VERY H&S conscious company and work closely with numerous inspection bodies from PIPA/RPII as well as manufacturers to ensure we have robust, safe & regulated commercial Inflatables available for the hire market within Shropshire.

  • Are Face Paints, Silly String & Foam allowed on the Bouncy castle I Hire?

Face Paints, Silly String & Foam suds are all Prohibited on our Inflatables, they create marks and damage PVC which cause staining & possible burns. Ultimately damaging the equipment which will result in either a cleaning fee and/or damages.

  • Can you provide Staffing & Supervision?

Yes we are able to provide additional staff should you require. Our skilled & trained staff can supervise all of our installed equipment.
