I have hired multiple castles from premier bounce and have always had a fantastic service from the team. They always arrive on time and set it all up for me. The prices are reasonable and I will always use this company for all my future hires. They have many different kinds of castles that the children love. Five stars from me!

Have ordered from Premier Bounce numerous times & have been really impressed with the superb service they provide. Never had any issues, the team always deliver on time & setup is super quick. The quality of their inflatables is brilliant & reasonably priced. The kids absolutely love them too…win win.

Just received my first hire from Premier Bounce for my child's birthday party. The service was excellent for a great price. Having never hired a bouncy castle before, I was surprised how easy the process was. Arrived at the time I wanted it and the guys who set it up were really professional and polite. Will definitely be using again for future events.

I dealt mainly with Natascha from the company. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was patient with all our queries and very professional. The two employees who set up & supervised the inflatables at our village fete were great in every way - from coping with the weather, the muddy track, interacting with the public, taking the money until we got organised etc. We look forward to hiring more equipment from them in future years.

Just to touch base, the Shrewsbury Festival in the park was a great success!!! I was really impressed with your set up & your staffs response to helping out etc. First time using you guys and i must say i will be defo be using you again as i have already said! The Rodeo Bull was a little lively towards the end of each night but i must say your staff dealt with the public fantastically (especially as some had a few to many & wasn't allowed to ride). The Bungee run was full for TWO DAYS haha a real success!

Thank you for the bouncy castle hire on Sunday, much appreciated you made my children's day considering the terrible year we have all had so far this year with coronavirus it was really nice to look forward to something for the adults let alone the kids ha-ha.

Your delivery guys are really pleasant & helpful, they helped me move my garden furniture around to accommodate the bouncy castle in my garden and they where COVID secure wearing masks at all times bless them which i appreciate.

Thanks for the disco bouncy castle you provided us saturday just gone it was absolutely amazing the kids loved it as you guys could probably tell when they didn't want to get off it when you collected it. Your staff was really helpful bless them they even helped us move some of our tables out of the way. As you know we was recommended you by (....) and we can honestly say we will no longer be using anyone else. The bouncy castles was great value for money especially given the service you guys provide given some of your competition i have dealt with in the past?

As i said i would, i wanted to email you something to put on to the website as you and premier bounce staff are absolute stars! What a superb night we had with the rodeo bull and i know you was mega busy with events in the same night so really appreciate your time and effort to give Luke (my son) a wonderful birthday party!

I will most definitely be using Premier Bounce again however bring the smaller van as it is extremely tight round the back of our property, not sure if the driver said or not ha ha.

Another great event you have done for us alongside Mark this year! Always great to see different inflatables you keep adding to the fleet year on year which you keep so tidy & well presented. Malinslee day was a great success with a number of different bouncy inflatables to last year as well as funfair rides?

I spoke to a number of the locals which were over the moon & well impressed by the amount of staff, organisation & professionalism from everyone who attended and made another special day so thought i would pass this on! They explained to the Mayor that it was nice to be held on half term also!

That Human football table pitch was a huge success! the locals loved it!! We will most definitely be booking that with you for some more events in the near future.

Fantastic! What can i say the bouncy castle was so clean, the staff so helpful and at such affordable prices. Being cheeky i asked if i cold use my military discount which they agreed to and later found out they do a lot of work for RAF Cosford.

Having been let down by two other companies within the Telford area i was extremely deflated until i came across Premier Bounce, from the start they were very professional and assisted me with all my questions & queries (and multiple phone calls) which i found very helpful. I spoke to Tasha who helped me choose my package & help me through the booking process.

When the gentlemen came to set up my order they were very helpful & couldn't assist me anymore, they gave me safety precautions a demo and answered all my questions i have before my son's birthday started.

I spent ages looking through different hirers but I am so pleased I chose Premier Bounce they answered all my questions over the phone and were really friendly I felt happy to book straight away and the castle was even better than I expected when it arrived. I had never hired a bouncy castle before so I didnt really know where to start but when I new my grandson was visiting I wanted to sort something special for him. Im so pleased I decided to hire a castle as he loved it and even better that it was had superhero pictures on it, he was amazed. I thought the price was very reasonable and it was 100% worth it just to see the smile on my grandsons face. Knowing how easy it was to deal with Premier I would definitely book again as it was all done so professionally from start to finish.
