We here at Premier Bounce think it is vital to ensure that our customers are kept safe at all times whether this being the physical product which you bounce on which are fully insured and safety inspected annually as well as weekly but to ensure no spread of coronavirus from household to household. All of our team take pride in the services we offer and we continue to do business with many individual household hirers who wish to enjoy what they can during this difficult time. We here at Premier Bounce offer a no contact policy, all bouncy castle hires are paid for in advance and staff members install the bouncy castles in a safe, secure environment.

Our procedures are as below:-

  • All bookings paid for in advance via debit card - no handling of monies
  • Customers direct our team to the garden unlocking gates/access prior to us attending
  • All equipment is cleaned after every use in front of our customers (This takes an extra 30/40 mins)
  • Risk assessments are carried out prior to installation to be COVID secure
  • Maintain 2m distance from our customers
  • Face coverings & PPE worn by staff members at all times
  • Sanitiser used & carried by our staff members at all times
  • No paper copy of invoice or T&C's will be offered but can be forwarded via email
  • All of our staff undergo temperature tests & daily COVID symptoms questionnaire
